About the Course
The training of modern trainers in business or professional training through distance learning is a necessary part, as it allows for the continuous provision of training services adapted to the needs of human resources and to the prevailing situations, such as the global coronavirus pandemic that we are currently experiencing.
Therefore, the training of trainers in alternative forms of learning, such as distance learning, allows for the continuous provision of services to the organization or business in which they operate, while enhancing efficiency, quality and innovation.
According to the above approach, the goal of the program is to train personnel from the human resources and training departments, internal trainers and other trainers, in the design, implementation and evaluation of e-learning training programs, utilizing the latest technological developments and educational design theories, in order to understand how people learn in these environments. Program participants will actively participate in designing training programs using the e-learning method and in creating appropriate electronic materials using many digital tools.
Who Should Attend
