Eleni Baltatzi is an experiential learning trainer with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering training programmes across Europe. She has lived and worked in Greece, Germany, Ukraine, Spain, and Cyprus, and has trained groups in various European countries, always with a hands on, learning by doing approach.

She has worked in the L&D departments of companies such as Amdocs and Siemens, as well as with NGOs like Save the Children, building learning cultures and programmes from the ground up. In recent years, she has also developed hands on expertise in AI enabled learning, designing and facilitating AI Learning Playgrounds that help people build new skills through direct experimentation.

Eleni holds an MSc in Business Education from Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen Nuremberg and is a Certified Adult Trainer with the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA). She speaks Greek, English, Spanish, and German.

Outside the training room, she is a cyclist, camper, dancer, and theatre lover, interests that feed directly into how she designs playful, experiential learning experiences.
