About the Course

The training of modern trainers in business or vocational education through distance learning is a necessary component, as it enables the continuous provision of training services tailored to the needs of human resources and prevailing circumstances, such as the global coronavirus pandemic we are currently experiencing.

As a result, training executives and trainers in alternative forms of learning, such as distance learning, allows for the uninterrupted delivery of services within the organisation or business they operate in, while also enhancing efficiency, quality, and innovation.

According to this approach, the aim of the program is to train personnel from human resources and training departments, in-house trainers, and other educators in the design, implementation, and evaluation of e-learning training programs. This is achieved by leveraging the latest technological developments and educational design theories, in order to understand how people learn in these environments.

Participants in the program will actively engage in designing training programs using e-learning methods and creating suitable digital content with a variety of digital tools.
