About The Course Lifelong Learning Trainer / EQF Level 5
Within the framework of HRDA-Accredited Professional program, trainers will develop knowledge, skills, and key competences so that they can identify training needs, design effective and innovative educational programs, implement them based on adult learning principles, and evaluate them using program evaluation methodology.
Additionally, the program will strengthen attitudes such as understanding adult learning as a complex phenomenon and integrating technology into professional practice. The Vocational Training Specialist (HRDA Certified) seminar is designed in the philosophy or mirroring – meaning you learn to apply the principles and learning objectives, as you are exposes to the best practices.
We do practice as we preach. Certified adult educator programs, needs to be engaging, active and interactive.
