Nectaria Tyropolis is an HRDA Certified Trainer and experienced attorney with over two decades of legal experience spanning corporate, commercial, compliance, and labour law across South Africa and moving to Cyprus the past 17 years, specialising in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and corporate training for teams.
With a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and admission as an attorney with the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, South Africa, Nectaria applies practical, real-world frameworks drawn from over two decades in senior legal and corporate roles to strengthen how companies are structured, governed, and administered under Cyprus company law. Her expertise spans company incorporation and formation, drafting and reviewing Memoranda and Articles of Association, corporate governance and board administration, shareholder and director matters, cross-border corporate structuring, and UBO and statutory filing requirements, built through senior positions managing large portfolios of Cyprus, European, and offshore companies at licensed fiduciary and corporate service providers.
Nectaria has worked closely with directors, boards, and shareholders across a wide range of corporate structures, scheduling, preparing, and chairing board and shareholder meetings, drafting comprehensive minutes and resolutions, and managing the full lifecycle of corporate documentation — from incorporation through to complex restructurings for high-net-worth individuals and groups. Her experience also extends to compliance, AML, and regulatory reporting (including FATCA/CRS/EMIR/LEI/Sanctions), which she approaches as an extension of sound corporate governance rather than a separate function, having drafted compliance manuals in line with ICPAC and Cyprus Bar Association requirements and trained staff on AML obligations.
By combining her legal grounding in Cyprus company law with hands-on operational experience running corporate and banking teams, she helps organisations build governance structures that are legally sound, properly documented, and genuinely workable — giving directors and shareholders the clarity and confidence to meet their obligations under Cypriot law.
Alongside her legal training, she also delivers corporate wellness training, helping teams build the resilience to perform under the pressures of high stakes in any sector especially corporate, legal, banking and compliance sectors.
