About the Course

MiCA has moved from drafting to full implementation, and CASPs now face a mature regulatory regime covering authorisation, governance, conduct, client‑asset safeguarding, outsourcing and market‑integrity obligations. Firms must be able to map their business models to CASP service categories, understand what a compliant governance and control framework looks like, and prepare for more intrusive supervision and enforcement.
This course provides a structured walkthrough of the MiCA framework as it applies to CASPs after the end of transitional periods. It covers scope, service definitions, public offers and admission to trading, governance and licence‑maintenance conditions, conduct and safeguarding rules, outsourcing and ICT expectations, as well as key AML/Travel Rule and market‑abuse touchpoints. Through targeted exercises and an action‑planning session, participants translate MiCA requirements into practical governance packs, control matrices and readiness steps that complement your dedicated Crypto AML / Travel Rule and risk‑assessment courses.
