About the Course

Accountants and lawyers are asked to handle an increasing volume of information, communicate clearly with clients and produce well‑reasoned written outputs within tight deadlines. AI tools can significantly support these tasks by helping with drafting, summarising, structuring and preparing information, but many professionals lack confidence in how to use these tools correctly, how to assess the results and how to manage risks and limitations.
This course addresses that gap by providing a basic, hands‑on introduction to AI for everyday professional work. It focuses on simple but powerful use cases such as writing and improving emails and letters, summarising lengthy documents, preparing notes and overviews, and conducting basic background research. Participants learn how to formulate clear prompts, check and adapt AI output, recognise limitations and maintain human oversight. The goal is to help professionals use AI safely and effectively, in a way that enhances their productivity and communication without replacing professional judgment.
