Training Administration Specialist / Project manager

We are looking for dynamic, experienced training administrator/project manager to join our team at Centre Eight, by bringing their expertise to our established operations & programs and contributing to the development of innovative new ones. Your role may be pivotal in shaping the development of professionals across various sectors, enhancing our commitment to excellence in both training and research.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including the Human Resource Development
    Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) funded programs and programs under the Erasmus+
    initiative.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to training, such as registration, attendance tracking,
    and feedback collection.
  • Collaborate with trainers and educators to develop and update training materials and
    resources.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of training participants, courses, and outcomes.
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training
    programs.
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in training coordination or administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and other relevant office administration
    software.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Greek and English languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Trainer (part time or full time)

We are looking for dynamic, experienced professional trainers to join our team at Centre Eight, either in an in-house or associate capacity, by bringing their expertise to our established programs and contributing to the development of innovative new ones. Your role may be pivotal in shaping the educational development of professionals across various sectors, enhancing our commitment to excellence in both training and research.

Responsibilities:

For full time vacancy:

  • Deliver the HRDA ‘Train the Trainer’ course (in Greek) &/or
  • Deliver HRDA-subsidized CPD courses to financial, legal, and corporate professionals
  • Design, deliver & monitor trainings & projects under EU programs (in English)
  • Suggest, design and deliver seminars on topics relevant to his/her professional and scientific
    background.
  • Monitor the delivery of the training programs offered by Centre Eight
  • Collaborate with management and other trainers to develop new programs.
  • Collaborate with management and other trainers to improve the existing training programs.

For part time vacancy:

  • Deliver the HRDA ‘Train the Trainer’ course (in Greek) and/or
  • Deliver HRDA-subsidized CPD courses to financial, legal, and corporate professionals and/or
  • Design and deliver trainings under EU programs (in English)

Qualifications:

  • HRDA certified trainer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Law, Finance, or a related field. Graduate degrees are an
    additional asset.
  • Experience in teaching and delivering seminars.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other educational tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
