Christina Archontous is a Licensed Psychologist and Leadership Development Specialist with over 13 years of professional experience in the design and delivery of applied training programs for adult professionals, leaders, and organisations. Her work focuses on emotional intelligence, behavioural dynamics (DISC), effective collaboration, and performance under pressure, translating psychological science into practical, workplace-ready tools.
She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Cyprus and an MSc in School/Educational Psychology from the University of Nicosia. Christina’s professional training includes certification through the John Maxwell Team, DISC Behavioural Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Clinical Hypnotherapy. For the past five years, she has also been teaching Personal and Professional Development at Akademia College, supporting adult learners and future professionals in developing self-awareness, communication, and leadership skills.
